During this initial contact, any questions can be answered. For all visits (except Bereavement Support Visits), a time and date is set up for the New Client "Meet and Greet" Meeting. Also the “Your Cat’s Profile” form is emailed to you and you have the option of completing it prior to the New Client "Meet and Greet" Meeting. See below for next steps..
For Pet Loss Bereavement Support visits, questions will be answered during the initial contact and with a phone meeting. Next, a bereavement support visit will be arranged (which may be in person or by Zoom).
During this meeting, the professional pet sitter comes to your home to meet you and your cats. This gives the cats and pet parents a chance to get to know the pet sitter and answer any questions in person. During this meeting, we would complete necessary paperwork (e.g., Service Contract, Medication forms), receive detailed directions about care of each cat, transfer keys, and have a tour of the home where the cats resides.
Three to five days prior to the start of your schedule service, we will contact you to confirm details.
We will provide competent and compassion care to your kitties while you are away. We will complete a Daily Visit Checklist to leave at your home. We are happy to send you updates and pictures while you are away.
Planes can be delayed and travel plans can change so it is important that you contact Caring Kitty Sitting, LLC by email, phone, or text to let us know you have returned.
